Stroke Association is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to conquering stroke. We deliver stroke services across the UK, campaign for better stroke care, invest in research and fundraise to expand our reach to as many stroke survivors as possible.

In Cambridgeshire, we have a team of 3 Stroke Association Support Co-ordinators who provide high-quality information,

practical advice and emotional support to stroke survivors and carers in the days, weeks and months following a stroke.

In Peterborough, we also have a communication support service for people with aphasia following their stroke.
